These terms govern your use of the Asmita platform, operated by Founderfreedom Ventures LLP ("Asmita", "we", "us"). By using Asmita you agree to these terms.

1. What Asmita is

Asmita provides agronomy advisories, crop-health tools, and contract-farming coordination between farmers, operators, and buyers. Asmita is not a lender, bank, or payment provider — we never lend money or move funds. Any payments happen between the contracting parties through their own arrangements; Asmita records information about those transactions but is not a party to them.

2. Advisory only

Recommendations, diagnoses, weather guidance, and eligibility guidance are informational and provided in good faith. They are not a guarantee of yield, price, approval, or outcome. Always apply local judgement and follow product labels and applicable law (including CIB&RC pesticide guidance).

3. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your farm and crop.
• Use the platform lawfully and not attempt to disrupt or misuse it.
• Keep your account credentials secure.

4. Accounts & content

You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend access for misuse, fraud, or to protect the platform and its users.

5. Availability

We work to keep Asmita available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change as the platform evolves.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Asmita is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform or reliance on advisory content.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the LLP's registered place of business.
