Asmita, operated by Founderfreedom Ventures LLP, is committed to resolving your concerns promptly. This page explains how to raise a grievance and what to expect, consistent with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable IT rules.

2. What you can raise

  • Concerns about how your personal data is collected, used, or shared.
  • Requests to access, correct, or erase your data, or to withdraw consent.
  • Any other complaint about the platform or a contract recorded on it.

3. How to raise a grievance

Email [email protected] with your name, registered phone number, and a description of the concern. In the app, you can also raise a grievance from the Grievances screen, which reaches the same team.

4. Timelines

  • Acknowledgement: within 3 working days of receipt.
  • Resolution: we aim to resolve grievances within the timelines prescribed under

the applicable rules, and will keep you informed if a matter needs more time.

5. Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the resolution, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India as provided under the DPDP Act.
